to suit your families needs. We offer full and part time Nannies and maternity
nurses on a permanent or temporary basis.
Sunshine
Nannies service for clients:
All
our nannies, mother's helps and Maternity Nurses are thoroughly checked.
We
interview every candidate personally.
We
contact and check at least 2 recent employment references and where possible we
check more than this.
We
check and hold a copy of the candidate's passport and driving licence. We need
at least one of these but prefer both.
We
explore any gaps in a candidate's employment history.
Verification
of any childcare qualifications with the relevant governing bodies.
Request
of CRB checks of which we hold a copy.
Advise
on contracts.
Advise
on Tax and National Insurance matters.
Advise
on Interview techniques and questions to be asked.
Any
candidates who do not hold and childcare qualifications must have at least 3 years
experience and relevant references to support this.
Procedures for recruiting a Nanny, Mother's Help, Maternity Nurse or Nursery
Nurse:
Once all our candidates have been accepted on to our register
they are then available for our clients to interview. On receipt of your registration
form, we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm that we have received
all the relevant information. We then look through our database of candidates
and send you a profile of anyone that is suitable, detailing their experience,
qualifications, hobbies and interests along with details on references from previous
employment's. Following this, you let us know of any candidates who are of
interest to you and your family and we will arrange an interview at a mutually
agreeable time. Once an interview has taken place, we ask you to contact us
with your feedback and we will share this with the candidate. If a position
is offered to one of our girls we then assist with contracts and guidance on Tax
and National Insurance issues, we are also there to help with any issues that
may occur during the employment of one of our candidates. This is an ongoing service
and we are here to help. If none of the candidates are suitable we will continue
to look for a suitable candidate for you and send you more profiles. We pride
ourselves on a high quality of service and we will endeavour to do the best for
you and your family.
