(There is no refund scale on a Maternity Nurse)

Babysitting................................................... £75.00 annual introduction fee
(There is no refund scale for babysitting staff)

If a permanent employee leaves employment within 6 weeks and a replacement is not found, providing the Agency has been paid according to the terms and conditions overleaf, a refund will be made according to the refund policy.

Refund Scale
Provided that the agency fee has been paid in full within 14 days of invoice. A refund will be made to the client on the following basis.

If a permanent employee leaves their employment within six weeks, the following refunds will be given depending that a suitable replacement cannot be found:

Up to 14 days from the agreed commencement date 50% refund
14-28 days from the agreed commencement date 35% refund
28-35 days from the agreed commencement date 25% refund
35-42 days from the agreed commencement date 10% refund
No refund is available after six weeks.
