Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions set out below constitute an agreement between The Agency and The Client.

  • The Client agrees to relate to The Agency a full history of their previous employment and qualifications.
  • The Client agrees to supply The Agency with the names of 2 or more referees.
  • The Client agrees to inform The Agency immediately of any change in their circumstances.
  • The Client agrees to attend any interview arranged, and if unable to attend will provide at least 24 hours notice to the prospective employer.
  • The Client may terminate this agreement at any time by writing to The Agency.
  • The Agency will assist The Client in drawing up a C.V. to be circulated to prospective employers.
  • The Agency will contact The Client immediately a vacancy matching their requirements arises.
  • The Agency will supply prospective employers with The Clients full C.V. and references.
  • The Agency may terminate this agreement at any time.
