and is payable by The Client on the acceptance and not the commencement of employment.
Clients
employing or re-employing applicants introduced by Sunshine Nannies within one
year of that introduction shall be liable for full fees.
Clients
retaining the services of an employee/applicant in any capacity, whether paid
or unpaid, will be charged for the period the employee/applicant is retained,
even if said to be unsatisfactory.
Should
the relevant employee terminate within six weeks, the full fee will be refunded
to The Client according to the accompanying scale given, providing that The Client
notifies The Agency within two working days of the applicant leaving the employment
and that the full fee has been paid by The Client within fourteen days of the
invoice. Should The Client re-engage the applicant, the full fee will be again
become payable.
In
the event of a temporary employee terminating employment within the agreed time
scale then a percentage of the fee will be calculated and returned to The Client.
However, if The Client terminates the agreement early, then there will not be
a refund returned by The Agency for the unused period.
The
agency will calculate the invoice for temporary contracts on the dates given by
The Agency at the commencement of employment. However, should The Client re-engage
the applicant for further periods of employment or extend the original contract
dates given to The Agency, then a further charge will be payable for the exact
period of employment up to the maximum sum as set out in The Agency Fees.
Sunshine
Nannies endeavours to put forward only the most suitable candidates. However it
is The Clients responsibility to satisfy herself/himself that the applicant is,
in every way qualified for the position.
We
can accept no responsibility for the conduct of our candidate whilst in The Clients
employment. Sunshine Nannies cannot be held liable in any way for employees introduced.
All
information and introductions are confidential and must not be passed either directly
or indirectly to other potential Clients or applicants. The full fee will be payable
by the Client to whom the details were given by The Agency if this condition is
breached.
An
introduction fee will be charged in relation to any applicant engaged as a consequence
of or resulting from an introduction by or through The Agency even though the
introduction may be made indirectly.

Client will be responsible for deductions and payments of Income Tax and National
Insurance as required by law.
The
Client will provide the employee, before the commencement of the appointment,
with a written contact of employment as required by law.
